Planned Parenthood fraud case appealed

An appeal has been filed with the qui tam lawyer Los Angeles in a case alleging a massive fraud – involving millions of dollars – by the California branch of Planned Parenthood, the biggest abortion business
in America.

According to the American Center for Law and Justice, a district court opinion mishandled several issues in a case brought by a former Planned Parenthood staff member who is now a federal whistleblower.
